Housed in the former Ricqlès distillery, this 14,000 m² renovation project brings together the Greater Paris region's construction, property and development teams in a single location, thereby fostering synergies between business lines, collaborative innovation, resource sharing and reinforcing Eiffage Construction's unique builder-developer-planner model.

At the heart of the Pontchaillou site, Rennes University Hospital continued its transformation by bringing together its administrative functions in a new high environmental performance tertiary building.
The project was carried out by Eiffage Construction in a consortium with our timber subsidiary Savare. It fully embodies the Group's commitment to sustainable, low-carbon and innovative construction.

An Olympic operation incorporating three low-carbon construction methods to meet high ambitions in terms of sustainable development and conversion for a responsible, virtuous and inclusive project.
This sector, one of four in the Village, offers 58,000 m² of floor space, including 40,000 m2 dedicated to housing, 13,000 m2 for offices and around 5,000 m2 for shops and activities at the foot of buildings.

Covering almost 20 hectares, the town of Châtenay-Malabry built a mixed-use eco-district on the historical site of école Centrale Paris. Enhance the town entrance and the functional mix, connect the new district to the surrounding urban fabric, develop urban agriculture at the heart of a low-carbon district characterised by the circular economy and promote a high-quality green environment while preserving the existing biodiversity in the town: these are the strong ambitions for this district.
