This 4-year programme gives young graduates from universities, engineering schools or business schools the opportunity to work in two successive occupations (works, design, sales, property, works services, finance, etc.) within two of Eiffage Construction's regional divisions.
This geographical and professional mobility is essential to discovering our organisation and appreciating the diversity of our Group's contacts, practices and strategies.
The programme includes 12 training courses (two days of training twice a year) spread over the four years!
These courses deliver both technical and managerial skills.

Two years of Project Supervision in Montpellier and currently in Price Analysis in GrenobleI was enthusiastic about supervising projects during my work placements, so the Horizons Junior programme proved to be the perfect solution for me to have two different jobs while progressing within the same Group. The two-year cycles may seem long, but they allow us to follow the projects entrusted to us from their creation to their completion, so that we have an overall view of our business. What is more, the small size of our classes (around 10) means that we can forge strong links between programme members and provide them with individual support.

Two years as a refurbishment project manager at Nové Construction and currently working as a site supervisor in Clermont-Ferrand.When I left school, I wanted to explore the various aspects of the engineering profession, both as a student and in the field. The Graduate Programme enabled me to fulfil this desire, by offering me the chance to work in at least two different occupations in two different regions. Today, I've found the versatility I was looking for. What is more, the training programme provided alongside the job is very rewarding.
