h2>Since 2012, Eiffage Construction has run a Graduate Programme: Horizons Junior!
This 4-year programme gives young graduates from universities, engineering schools or business schools the opportunity to work in two successive occupations (works, design, sales, property, works services, finance, etc.) within two of Eiffage Construction's regional divisions.
This geographical and professional mobility is essential to discovering our organisation and appreciating the diversity of our Group's contacts, practices and strategies.
The programme includes 12 training courses (two days of training twice a year) spread over the four years!
These courses deliver both technical and managerial skills.
