      Works & Services: a national contract serving Emeis

      A national system designed to combine local responsiveness and centralized management, serving the maintenance and renovation of healthcare facilities in Emeis.

      Marseille (Bouches-du-Rhône) Beaumettes 3: a modern and functional penitentiary center

      In Marseille, the Baumettes 3 project marks the final step in the transformation of the historic penitentiary site.

      Designed and built by Eiffage Construction for the APIJ, this new 30,000 m² facility combines performance, security and urban integration.

      La Défense (Hauts-de-Seine) HOPEN Tower: major tertiary restructuring

      In La Défense, Eiffage Construction is responsible for the spectacular transformation of the HOPEN tower, a high-rise building that was completely restructured to meet the new needs of the service sector.

      Designed as a sustainable, multifunctional place to live, the tower embodies the Group's technical and environmental expertise in building for the future.

      Brussels - La Source: a sustainable and innovative head office in the heart of Brussels!

      The new headquarters of Eiffage Construction Belux, Valens and Eiffage Real Estate, named La Source, embodies the group's commitment to more sustainable and innovative construction.

      Located in Brussels, this ambitious renovation project transformed a former office building from the 1990s into a modern, functional and environmentally remarkable space.

      Paris - Rebirth of Notre-Dame de Paris - Eiffage Construction at the heart of the restoration project

      8 December 2024 marked a historic date: the reopening of the cathedral of Notre-Dame de Paris, a jewel of French heritage.

      After four years of closure and major restoration work, Eiffage Construction is proud to have contributed to this emblematic reconstruction via our subsidiary Pradeau Morin Monuments Historiques.

      Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine (Seine-Saint-Denis) - La Distillerie: the new eco-responsible head office of Eiffage Construction's île-de-France regional division

      Housed in the former Ricqlès distillery, this 14,000 m² renovation project brings together the Greater Paris region's construction, property and development teams in a single location, thereby fostering synergies between business lines, collaborative innovation, resource sharing and reinforcing Eiffage Construction's unique builder-developer-planner model.

      New build Off-site construction

      Rennes (Ille-et-Vilaine) - University Hospital: an exemplary low-carbon tertiary building

      At the heart of the Pontchaillou site, Rennes University Hospital continued its transformation by bringing together its administrative functions in a new high environmental performance tertiary building.

      The project was carried out by Eiffage Construction in a consortium with our timber subsidiary Savare. It fully embodies the Group's commitment to sustainable, low-carbon and innovative construction.

      Toulouse (Haute-Garonne) – J.POD® Plant: a cutting-edge biopharmaceutical unit at the heart of the Curie Campus

      Eiffage Construction has signed a contract for a major industrial project for innovation in healthcare: the J.POD® plant in Toulouse, the first biopharmaceutical production unit of its kind established in Europe by Just – Evotec Biologics , a subsidiary of the German group Evotec.

      Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine (Seine-Saint-Denis) - Olympic Village for athletes and para-athletes - sector E "Les Belvédères"

      An Olympic operation incorporating three low-carbon construction methods to meet high ambitions in terms of sustainable development and conversion for a responsible, virtuous and inclusive project.

      This sector, one of four in the Village, offers 58,000 m² of floor space, including 40,000 m2 dedicated to housing13,000 m2 for offices and around 5,000 m2 for shops and activities at the foot of buildings. 

    • Châtenay-Malabry (Hauts-de-Seine) - LaVallée eco-district: Conversion of the former école Centrale Paris site
      New build

      Orsay (Essonne) Paris-Saclay Hospital - Nord Essonne Hospital Trust

      In 2020, to renew its technical facilities and maintain a high-performance medical offering, the Nord Essonne Hospital Trust received support from the French government and the EPA Paris-Saclay. It awarded a consortium led by Eiffage Construction the design, construction, operation and maintenance of the new Paris-Saclay Hospital.

      Its aim was to develop its research centre – benefiting from the industrial and university ecosystem of the Plateau de Saclay – and to complement the local healthcare provision in Bures-sur-Yvette, Orsay, Longjumeau and Juvisy. The medical, surgical and obstetrics departments covering these towns were consolidated in the new hospital.

      Saint-Fons (Rhône) - SymphonHy: Europe's largest hydrogen fuel cell plant

      Located in the heart of Chemical Valley and the Lyon metropolitan area, this new site spans more than eight hectares and brings together Symbio's head office, its R&D centre and the high-capacity hydrogen systems manufacturing unit.

    • Poissy (Yvelines): PSG Training Centre
      New build

      Poissy (Yvelines) - PSG Training Centre

      In late 2021, Eiffage Construction won lots D3 and D4 of this emblematic project in the heart of the Yvelines region.

      Our teams were in charge of creating the Training and Pre-Training area, comprising three buildings dedicated to training, schooling and accommodation for future champions, but also a spectator stand, two reception pavilions and the Club House, the nerve centre of the site.

    • Les Vaux-de-Cernay Abbey

      Cernay-la-Ville (Yvelines) - Abbaye des Vaux-de-Cernay

      Transformation of a former 12th-century Cistercian abbey into a jewel of a hotel.

      Complete interior and exterior renovation of the abbey, including the transformation of 13 buildings, including the abbey itself, into a hotel with 110 rooms and suites. It also houses three exceptional restaurants and two bars.

    • Renovation and modernisation of the Henryk-Reyman stadium
      New build

      Krakow (Poland) - Renovation and modernisation of the Henryk-Reyman stadium

      The Henryk Reyman Municipal Stadium was modernised by Eiffage Polska Budownictwo in just six months. The aim of the work was to prepare the facility for the Third European Games, which took place in Krakow between 21 June and 2 July 2023.
