A structured organization for national management and local action
Since July 2024, Eiffage Construction, through its Works & Services teams, has been supporting emeis in the renovation and maintenance of its healthcare facilities throughout France.
This framework agreement is based on a dedicated organization: national management, 8 regional representatives, and nearly 70 mobilized agencies. Requests are centralized via an internally developed digital platform, then routed to local teams for rapid handling: site visit within 10 days, quote within 20 days, followed by work completion.
A digital tool at the heart of the system
Designed specifically for this contract, the platform streamlines communication and allows for real-time activity tracking. Monthly reports complement this system with key indicators (requests, quotes, interventions), providing the client with a clear and shared overview.
Developed in just a few months, this solution is a first for the Works & Services teams and can be adapted to other projects.
Tailor-made interventions, at all levels
The teams handle a wide range of services, covering all trades: routine maintenance, beautification work, technical renovations, and compliance upgrades. This includes rooms, kitchens, reception areas, and technical equipment (plumbing, air conditioning, waterproofing, etc.).
With operations ranging from a few hundred euros to more substantial renovations, such as the complete refurbishment of kitchens or the renovation of all the rooms in an establishment.
In less than a year, over 1,160 projects have been completed across the vast majority of the territory. This contract illustrates the strength of the Works & Services model: proximity, responsiveness, and tailored support.
