170 years of magnificent achievements
Since 1844, Eiffage's know-how has come from the construction of some of the greatest structures in recent history: the Millau Viaduct, the Tancarville Bridge, the Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy, Futuroscope, Maison de la Radio, the Saint-Gothard Tunnel. 2024Olympic Village for athletes and para-athletes: sector E - Les Belvédères
The project is situated in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine (Seine-Saint-Denis) and has lofty ambitions in terms of sustainable development and redevelopment. This sector, one of the four making up the Village, comprises 58,000 m² of floor space, of which 40,000 m² is dedicated to housing, 13,000 m² to offices and around 5,000 m² to shops and other activities on the ground floor of the buildings. During the Olympic Games in the summer of 2024, the area became home to almost 2,500 athletes and para-athletes. After 2024, the "Legacy 2025" phase will involve adaptation of the buildings their conversion into housing and a vibrant neighbourhood accessible to all.

2023IN'CUBE, the Danone Research and Innovation Centre
This new 21,500 m² centre, located on the French-Tech business park in Gif-Sur-Yvette, aims to accelerate Danone's innovation in the food sector. The mixed wood/concrete structure, the care given to spaces for co-working and creation, alongside the importance given to plants and water management, make this project a symbol of the Danone Group's ambitions.

2022Lycée Gergovie, the most efficient tertiary building in Europe to date.
The consortium, led by Eiffage Construction, carried out extensive work in terms of low-carbon design and management of the value chain on multiple construction products. The building was delivered in July 2022, boasting a high Carbon Energy performance, namely E4 C2, the highest level of the E+C- label, making it the most efficient tertiary building to date in Europe. In addition, the building has achieved level 3 of the Bio-based Building label (BBCA Excellence label), with 148 kg/m² of bio-based materials.

2021Handover of BNP Paribas Fortis headquarters in Brussels
After four years of intensive construction work, Eiffage Construction subsidiary Eiffage Benelux, was delighted to announce the handover of the new flagship headquarters for BNP Paribas Fortis. Located on Rue Montagne du Parc in the heart of Brussels, the new headquarters of BNP Paribas Fortis comprises over 100,000 m² of floor space and was designed as a passive building meeting the highest standards of innovation and environmental performance.

2021Eiffage Immobilier Habitat Solidaire
Eiffage Immobilier set up a social housing entity to meet the challenges of creating emergency housing that combined energy efficiency, quality of finish, low carbon footprint and shorter construction times.

2020Signature of the construction contract for the Paris-Saclay hospital.
With support by the French government and public development authority EPA Paris-Saclay, the Groupe Hospitalier Nord Essonne hospital trust awarded a contract to a consortium led by Eiffage Construction to design, build, operate and maintain the new Paris-Saclay hospital.

Eiffage Construction strengthened its range of low-carbon solutions with the acquisition of B3 Ecodesign, a company specialising in modular construction using "last way" shipping containers

2019Cazam senior serviced residence
Eiffage Immobilier, a residential builder and developer joined forces with Montana Gestion, a multi-occupancy residence management company, to launch Cazam, a new generation of serviced residential housing for senior citizens.

2018Savare
Eiffage Construction strengthened its position in timber construction with the November takeover of three sites operated by Charpentes Françaises in the Normandy-North Paris region. This new subsidiary, Savare, enabled Eiffage Construction to offer its property development business lines new wood-based products and to meet the environmental requirements of Greater Paris projects.

Creation of the Cocoon'Ages® concept of intergenerational residences in partnership with Réciprocité.

2017LaVallée eco-district in Châtenay-Malabry (Hauts-de-Seine)
Eiffage Aménagement won the tender to develop a mixed-use eco-district on the historical site of the école Centrale Paris. To do so, it established France's first semi-public development company, SEMOP.

2017Renovation of the Grande Arche de la Défense
26 years after its construction, the Grande Arche (Hauts-de-Seine) was showing its age. Part of the renovation project designed by Eiffage and Valode & Pistre, completed after 27 months of work, enabled the public to access the roof and enjoy an extraordinary panorama.

Eiffage Construction launched a subsidiary dedicated to the dry process construction sector to support the boom in timber construction projects.

2016Delivery of Posnania: one of Europe's largest shopping centres
This major avant-garde complex in Poznań, Poland, covers a total surface area of 260,000 m², with 300 retail outlets spread over 100,000 m² of useable retail space and 3,300 parking spaces. The whole extends over a 9-hectare site. The Posnania project received the "Buduj Bezpieczenie" award for its high level of safety throughout the construction phase, as well as BREEAM certification for the building's environmental impact.
