Master craftsman
As the "boss" of the site superintendents, the master craftsman coordinates, leads and directs their actions. They are the ultimate guarantor that the work conforms to what was ordered.
Your missions:
- Identify, alert and react to safety and environmental issues
- Manage site superintendents and teams reporting to them, within budget
- Material coordination of the work site (supplies and logistics), anticipating production-related events
- Implementation of knowledge transfer

Technical skills
- All the skills of a site superintendent
- General knowledge of the organisation, company law, and work sites
- Knowledge of soils (materials, equipment, nature and strength of soils)
- Knowledge of the resistance of materials
- Knowledge of standard construction documents
