In the 1st arrondissement of Paris, our teams delivered the Marché Saint-Honoré, an 18,000 m² office complex located on Place du Marché Saint-Honoré. Undertaken by Eiffage Construction as general contractor, one of the challenges of this project was its dense and partially occupied urban environment.

Winner of the Inventons la Métropole du Grand Paris 2 call for projects dedicated to urban innovation and the conversion of complex sites, Eiffage Immobilier announced the delivery of Campus du Parc, the new De Vinci Higher Education site, officially handed over to the teams on 22 May following the go-ahead from the safety committee. This 18,000 m2 project had two goals: give a second life to an iconic building and meet growing higher education needs through an innovative, sustainable, and bespoke campus.  

Eiffage, through its subsidiary Eiffage Construction, has launched the construction work on the university hub of the Grand Paris Nord campus in Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine, in line with the original schedule, following a 17-month design-study and a site-preparation phase through 2025.   

As the lead contractor for the design-build group, Eiffage Construction will manage the final phase of the rehabilitation of the 523 homes in the Saint-Éloy district of Woippy, an operation full of meaning for the city, carried out on an occupied site.

Eiffage Construction has won a new contract for the construction of the Val school complex in Olivet (45). Awarded as a comprehensive performance contract, this project integrates design, construction, operation, and maintenance, and is being led by Eiffage Construction as the lead contractor in the consortium. The project has significant environmental implications.

In Mantes-la-Jolie (78), our teams have won a new design-build contract for the construction of a gendarmerie and 58 staff accommodations, with an approach combining environmental performance and quality of use.

The old leisure center from the 1970s will be replaced by a completely redesigned facility that is more spacious, more functional, and resolutely forward-looking. This new building, spanning over 1,100 m², has been designed to offer children a welcoming, comfortable, and environmentally efficient environment.

Eiffage Construction has won the contract awarded by RTE for the construction over five years of 450 industrialized modular buildings intended to be installed in electrical substations distributed throughout the metropolitan territory.

On March 19, the ceremony for the blessing of the foundation stone of the East wing of Saint-Wandrille Abbey marked the official launch of the reconstruction of this iconic part of the monastery. It was a significant moment for the teams at Eiffage Construction and Pradeau  Morin, as well as for all those involved in this heritage restoration project.

Delivered in MARCH 2026 by Eiffage Construction, lead contractor of the consortium, the Jacques Vandier building embodies the successful transformation of an iconic site: a historic headquarters rehabilitated and expanded to meet environmental challenges and ready to welcome over 500 employees at the heart of the Niort campus.

Eiffage Construction, the lead contractor in a design-build consortium, in partnership with Eiffage Route and Eiffage Energie Systèmes, will manage the construction of a cultural center and landscaped public spaces in the town center of Crèvecœur-le-Grand. The project will offer residents a new place to live, enjoy culture, and meet, contributing to the attractiveness and vibrancy of the town center.

In Paris, Eiffage Construction managed the structural work and all trades for the extensive renovation of a 1970s office building. The Cotentin project, commercially known as Rythme, carried out in a highly constrained urban environment and delivered at the end of September 2025, illustrates our ability to transform existing structures.

Eiffage Construction is taking charge of the Clos Couvert package for the reconstruction of the Benjamin Franklin school in Épône (Yvelines), a modern and modular building which will accommodate up to 800 students from 2027 in an environmentally friendly setting.
