Graduate programmes

Eiffage's Graduate Programs offer young graduates a tailor-made career path within the Group. They differ from one business line to another and are organised according to the specific nature of each line.  

At Eiffage Construction, the «Horizons Junior» programme was set up in 2012 and has enabled 128 young graduates to be recruited via an individual, tailor-made pathway. In particular, it allows employees to work in two different occupations in two different regions over a four-year period and at the end of the programme, to choose what suits them best.
