Employees taking control of their careers
Eiffage Construction is particularly attentive to people's wishes for career development and gives everyone the means to take charge of their own professional advancement. Using the tools put in place by the Human Resources Department (skills mapping, job descriptions and training packs), employees have a clear idea of the diversity of career paths that are possible within the company.
The annual performance review is also a key opportunity for employees to discuss their mobility plans with their manager. Once the project has been validated, each employee is supported by their line manager and HR manager throughout the mobility process.
Encouraging mobility
Eiffage Construction has drawn up a charter to define the terms and conditions of mobility for its employees:
- the respective commitments of the manager, the human resources manager and the employee,
- transfer deadlines and procedures, as well as relocation assistance (Mobili pass aid, payment of installation costs, etc.).
This charter enables everyone to change jobs in optimal safety and comfort, reducing the risk to themselves and their families.
