Setting an example
At Eiffage, setting an example is the basis of respect for others. Group values become alive through this exemplary behaviour. We don't ask of others what we wouldn't ask of ourselves. Whatever the circumstances, we act ethically, conscientiously and in strict accordance with the rules.
Responsibility
Each person at their individual level represents and commits the Eiffage Group; each person is therefore responsible for the human and material resources in their charge. Decisions and initiatives are encouraged, on as local a level as possible. It is also this empowerment that guarantees the autonomy of employees.
Trust
At Eiffage, all employees enjoy the trust of their superiors, who will also support them in difficult times. Actions are collective and are not decided at the expense of others. Trust is a mark of recognition, it is the foundation of cohesion and contributes to the growth of each individual. Trust also governs Eiffage's relationship with its stakeholders and fosters a long-term partnership.
Transparency
At Eiffage, the challenges are shared. Everyone knows what is expected of them and what they can expect from others. Trust requires transparency. The information provided is reliable and comprehensive. It must be provided promptly. Concealment and falsification are not accepted. Everyone must accept the consequences of their actions. Mistakes are allowed; only their repeated occurrence is considered a fault.
Clear-sighted
Being an Eiffage employee means seeing and expressing things clearly and accurately, aware not only of one's abilities but also of one's limitations. This means that risks can be properly assessed and the necessary resources put into action. A clear-sighted approach guarantees that objectives are achievable and commitments are kept.
Courage and tenacity
Being an Eiffage employee means committing oneself enthusiastically to projects, with perseverance and tenacity, but without obstinacy, and having the strength to face and overcome difficulties. It also means demonstrating managerial courage to your employees.
