Eiffage Construction is an employer committed to the professional and personal development of its employees.
This requirement is expressed in particular through three areas of action:
- train employees,
- promote their professional development,
- involve them in the life of the company.
Training our workforce
Eiffage Construction devotes substantial resources to training, to enable its employees to execute their work in the best possible conditions of performance, well-being and safety, and to develop talent.
Regardless of their initial qualifications, all employees can develop their expertise and skills through shared training programmes designed and delivered in-house at Eiffage University, and through the system for validating acquired experience (VAE).
Encouraging career development
Eiffage Construction does its utmost to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to develop their skills and build a career within the Group.
The company offers its employees a healthy, flexible and innovative working environment. It develops everyone's potential through its mobility policy, its strategic workforce planning (GPEC) system, the introduction of tools such as skills and job mapping, and specific career paths such as "Horizons Junior" for young graduates, "Horizons Confirmés" and "Horizons Compagnons".
Involving all employees
Employee self-realisation requires their involvement in the life of the company. Eiffage Construction fosters this involvement in a number of ways:
- employee share ownership,
- the use of trainer staff members,
- participation in the activities of the Eiffage Foundation,
- the use of participative approaches,
- etc.
Employee shareholders
Employee share ownership has been part of the Group's DNA since 1992. Even today, it is the guarantee of its independence and the commitment of its employees.
Each year, the Group offers its employees the opportunity to subscribe to the exclusive purchase of new shares on special terms. The operation is always a success.
