Major office restructuring: delivery of the Cristallis building located in the heart of Paris

Eiffage Construction led the transformation of this office complex consisting of three buildings, representing more than 25,500 m² of floor space, with 8 levels above ground and 6 basement levels accommodating 289 parking spaces.

The renovation work included the extension and raising of one of the buildings, the replacement of the facades, the installation of technical systems, and the creation of a watertight concrete "box" requiring the installation of more than 300 micropiles. The project involved a complete restructuring of the existing structure to adapt it to current commercial building standards. The architectural design, led by DTACC, notably rethought accessibility and functionality with the creation of a completely redesigned forecourt.

The new buildings now house living and service spaces: an inter-company restaurant, an auditorium, a wellness area, collaborative and coworking zones, as well as a "Café Joyeux".

Committed to an ambitious environmental approach, the project incorporates 145 m² of photovoltaic panels and an active policy of reusing materials (raised floors, sanitary equipment, generator, topsoil, etc.). The project aims for a high level of performance with multiple certifications: BREEAM RFO Excellent level, HQE BD Excellent, Accessibility Label High level, BBC Effinergie Renovation, BBCA Renovation, Biodivercity , OsmoZ Label , as well as compliance with the French Tertiary Sector Decree.

On the social front, the construction site has incorporated an integration scheme representing 5% of the hours worked.

The operation was conducted within a demanding schedule, with a strong constraint: to allow the Malakoff Humanis employees to move in the day after the handover.
