The Native office development in Montigny-le-Bretonneux

Located on Place Etienne-François-Choiseul, the former 6,500 m2 post office building has been replaced by an eight-storey, 19,000 m2 structure.

On this site, located in the heart of the second largest business park in the Ile-de-France region, the Orange group has consolidated three of its Saint-Quentin sites. The building erected by Eiffage Construction is emblematic thanks to its architectural and environmental aspects.

Located less than 100 metres from the RER C train station, close to the shopping centre and the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines national golf course, «Native» will contribute to the embellishment and renewal of the entire town centre district.

The façade of the Native project

The glass and aluminium façade designed by GOYER, stands out from the other buildings in the district with its projecting fascias and tapered sunbursts,

The play of light and shadow, changing with the time of day and the seasons. It is made possible by the architecture and accentuated by the movement and position of the observer.

The building can accommodate 1,500 work stations, in pleasant premises suited to new ways of working.

Two shops on the ground floor and 1,100 m2; of decorated areas (lobby, cafeteria and inter-company restaurant) form an integral part of the project. The contemporary, modern and elegant architecture designed by WILLERVAL & Associés, alongside the quality of the services offered make this a building that meets the comfort requirements of its occupants.

Orange is the main user, with the arrival of over a thousand employees.
