The Floresco project in Saint-Mandé is exemplary in terms of its environmental, energy and thermal performance, as well as its focus on the well-being of its occupants:
- HQE Excellent 2015 certification (sustainable building for the environment and its occupants),
- BREEAM Very Good 2016 rating (environmental assessment of buildings),
- Effinergie + label (thermal comfort for users),
- Accessibility label (buildings adapted to the needs of all),
- WELL Core and Shell Silver level certification (employee well-being in the workplace based on seven criteria: air, water, light, physical activity, comfort, food, psychological well-being),
- Wired Score Label Gold level (digital connectivity for buildings).
All these ratings and certifications make the operation part of the Eiffage Group's ambitious environmental approach.

Energy savings and synergies
Our Eiffage Construction Tertiaire experts handed the project over to EUROPEQUIPEMENTS in May 2020.
Alongside Eiffage Construction, Eiffage énergie Systèmes was also involved in the project through its Clévia entity, dedicated to HVAC and energy engineering.

Remarkable architectural originality
Designed by architect GOES PERON and the FACEA technical engineering office, it is the atypical design and the curves of the façades fitted with ochre-coloured sun screens that impress, whether during the day or at night.
The interiors of the buildings are contemporary, airy. It incorporates public areas (inter-company restaurant, cafeteria, foyer, relaxation area, fitness area), a car park (347 spaces) and motorcycle / cycle parking (510 m²) and archive rooms.
The 29,000 m² are home to the offices of the UBISOFT group.
