Historical monumentsParis - Rebirth of Notre-Dame de Paris - Eiffage Construction at the heart of the restoration project
8 December 2024 marked a historic date: the reopening of the cathedral of Notre-Dame de Paris, a jewel of French heritage.
After four years of closure and major restoration work, Eiffage Construction is proud to have contributed to this emblematic reconstruction via our subsidiary Pradeau Morin Monuments Historiques.

New build Property development Off-site constructionSaint-Ouen-sur-Seine (Seine-Saint-Denis) - Olympic Village for athletes and para-athletes - sector E "Les Belvédères"
An Olympic operation incorporating three low-carbon construction methods to meet high ambitions in terms of sustainable development and conversion for a responsible, virtuous and inclusive project.
This sector, one of four in the Village, offers 58,000 m² of floor space, including 40,000 m2 dedicated to housing, 13,000 m2 for offices and around 5,000 m2 for shops and activities at the foot of buildings.

New buildPoissy (Yvelines) - PSG Training Centre
In late 2021, Eiffage Construction won lots D3 and D4 of this emblematic project in the heart of the Yvelines region.
Our teams were in charge of creating the Training and Pre-Training area, comprising three buildings dedicated to training, schooling and accommodation for future champions, but also a spectator stand, two reception pavilions and the Club House, the nerve centre of the site.

New buildKrakow (Poland) - Renovation and modernisation of the Henryk-Reyman stadium
The Henryk Reyman Municipal Stadium was modernised by Eiffage Polska Budownictwo in just six months. The aim of the work was to prepare the facility for the Third European Games, which took place in Krakow between 21 June and 2 July 2023.

Urban developmentChâtenay-Malabry (Hauts-de-Seine) - LaVallée eco-district: Conversion of the former école Centrale Paris site
Covering almost 20 hectares, the town of Châtenay-Malabry built a mixed-use eco-district on the historical site of école Centrale Paris. Enhance the town entrance and the functional mix, connect the new district to the surrounding urban fabric, develop urban agriculture at the heart of a low-carbon district characterised by the circular economy and promote a high-quality green environment while preserving the existing biodiversity in the town: these are the strong ambitions for this district.

Urban developmentDijon (Côte-d'Or) - Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie et du Vin: Redevelopment of a historical hospital site
The Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie et du Vin project is a complex redevelopment of a Hôtel Dieu building.
The project includes a number of facilities: a 5,000 m² cultural and training centre, 4,500 m² of shops, cafés and restaurants, an 83-room 4-star hotel, a 13-screen cinema complex, 50 refurbished dwellings, a 540-dwelling eco-district, three serviced residences and a 400-space car park.

With a surface area of 15,300 m², the Metz Robert Schuman Convention centre is a new facility decided on by the Metz Métropole conurbation and the city of Metz.

The Hôtel Salé, a 17th-century mansion listed as a historical monument, was fully renovated on a turnkey basis by Eiffage Construction and its specialist subsidiary Pradeau Morin.

This multi-purpose building, commissioned by the municipality of Wejherowo, not far from Gdańsk, has a surface area of 6,500 m².
