Located at the foot of Mount Krzyżowa in southern Poland, the 5* Belmonte Hotel & Resort will become one of the flagship destinations of European ski resorts. Built as a general enterprise by the teams of Eiffage Polska Serwis and Eiffage Polska Budownictwo, the 20,000 m² building will be delivered at the end of 2021 on behalf of Belmonte Hotels, a Polish luxury hotel brand.
The hotel will offer 254 rooms with terraces on 8 floors, including premium retail apartments. The hotel complex will be completed with a restaurant, a rooftop bar with a panoramic terrace, spacious conference rooms, a fitness area and a SPA with pool.
The project will also include a playground where qualified staff will ensure the safety of the youngest. Owners of private apartments will have a parking place in the underground parking lot.
Designed by architectural firm P-W-A, the hotel was designed as the asymmetric letter C, creating an open green space. Respecting the latest trends while integrating with its surrounding landscape, quality natural materials, such as wood and stone, were favoured to echo Mount Krzyżowa.

Krynica-Zdrój is the largest and most visited ski resort in the Beskid Mountains. The varied ski slopes and numerous hiking and cycling routes have attracted countless guests at any time of the year for more than 100 years.
