In Suresnes, the delivery of the Rouget de l'Isle residence marks a new stage in the evolution of the neighborhood. Conceived within the framework of a real estate arrangement associating Foncière de la Transformation Immobilière via a building lease, as well as a double VEFA benefiting Hauts-de-Seine Habitat (16 units) and Groupe 3F in LLI (82 units), this project illustrates Eiffage Immobilier's ability to unite partners around a common ambition.
Certified NF Habitat HQE Très Performant and a candidate for the BiodiverCity label , the residence immediately affirms its positioning: to offer sustainable, peaceful housing rooted in its natural environment.
Led by Eiffage Immobilier and built by Eiffage Construction, it combines comfort, well-being and nature.
From the start of the project and following a thorough ecological assessment of the site, the objective was clear: to make biodiversity a central element of the residence.
Accompanied by an ecologist, the teams envisioned varied natural spaces, adapted to local conditions, in collaboration with the landscape architects of ID Space in order to create diverse environments conducive to a rich flora and to welcoming the local small fauna.
Key features include:
- A biodiversity pond: One of the highlights of this project is undoubtedly the shallow biodiversity pond, lined with stones and plants. It not only provides a refreshing respite for users but also serves as an essential watering hole for birds and small wildlife.
- Green walls and roofs: to cover the bare walls and roofs, these were covered with a plant canopy made up of climbing plants.
- Native and bee-friendly species take center stage: Plant selection was designed to promote ecosystems. Over 70% of the planted species are native, chosen for their ability to attract wildlife (bee-friendly plants, hosts to beneficial insects, fruits).
- Multiple shelters and nesting boxes: To enhance the site's attractiveness to wildlife, shelters and nesting boxes have been installed throughout.
To ensure the sustainability of this biodiversity, an ecological management plan will be given to the residents and the green spaces provider, encouraging sustainable and autonomous practices, in harmony with the landscape and ecological intention of the project.
With its gardens, green walls and roofs and all the biodiversity features, the Rouget de l'Isle residence offers a living environment that combines environmental performance, comfort and biodiversity.
