Between heaven and earth
Responsible for the urban development of the ZAC Bords de Seine urban development zone, Eiffage Aménagement was able to realise the full potential of this plot of land in collaboration with Eiffage Immobilier.
The final block in this urban development project comprises four 8-storey buildings, harmoniously positioned between the RER C train station and the Seine river, forming part of the new architectural identity of the town of Asnières.
The property development project
This property development is the fruit of collaboration between Eiffage Immobilier, Coffim and the architectural firm 5+1AA.
The total surface area is 10,518 m² NFA and contains 183 dwellings, including 39 social housing units, 362 m² of shops and 192 parking spaces. The residence has been awarded NF Logement Démarche HQE certification.
The work was carried out by Eiffage Construction Résidentiel et Fonctionnel.
Aesthetic façades
The use of ceramics and the six sculptures of angels create a living décor that enriches the composition of the exterior walls.
