The "top and down" technique
Three months were saved on the site thanks to the "top and down" technique, which allows the infrastructure to be started at the same time as the superstructure.
The four car park levels and the 12 building stories were built simultaneously.
Group synergy
Located in the heart of the northern capital, the Barrière Hotel and Casino was built by Eiffage Construction Lille Métropole with Goyer responsible for the façade.
This challenge was met by workers used to working underground in very dense urban environments. This project is a perfect example of the synergy that results from bringing together several divisions of the Eiffage Group.
