Located on the Place Etienne-François-Choiseul, the former 6,500 m2 Post Office building has been replaced by an eight-storey, 19,000 m2 structure. On this site, located in the heart of the 2nd largest business park in the Ile-de-France region, the Orange group has grouped together three of its Saint-Quentin sites. The building, constructed by Eiffage Construction, is emblematic for its architectural and environmental features.
Located less than 100 metres from the RER C station, close to the shopping centre and the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines national golf course, "Native" will contribute to the amenity and renewal of the entire town centre district.
The glass and aluminium façade designed by GOYER, with its projecting fascias and slender sunbreakers, stands out from the other buildings in the district. The play of light and shadow, changing with the hours and the seasons, made possible by the architecture, is accentuated by the movement and position of the observer.
The building can accommodate 1,500 workstations in pleasant premises adapted to new ways of working. 2 shops on the ground floor and 1,100 m2 of decorated areas (lobby, cafeteria and RIE) are an integral part of the project.
The contemporary, modern and elegant architecture designed by WILLERVAL & Associés and the quality of the services offered make this a building that meets the comfort requirements of its occupants. Orange is the main user, with more than a thousand new employees.
Numerous labels and certifications illustrate the environmental and user quality of the project :
These are complemented by 1,600 m2 of planted areas on all floors of the building (balconies, terraces).
