After 30 months of work, our Eiffage Construction teams delivered this emblematic project located in the heart of Paris, between Rue Marceau and Rue Iéna. The highly technical construction site used the "top and bottom" phasing system, which allows infrastructure and superstructure work to be carried out simultaneously. The environmental and energy aspects were also taken into account, with numerous certifications targeted.
The building has 6 levels of offices and a total surface area of 10,150 m², with a commercial ground floor and 6 basement levels.
Designed by Dominique Perrault Architecture with SFL (Société Foncière Lyonnaise) as the project owner and Aliuta as the assistant project owner, the building offers an unrivalled working environment with its interior gardens and a rooftop with a panoramic view of the Arc de Triomphe. In addition, the project has allowed the transformation of three levels of infrastructure into a lobby with a cafeteria on the mezzanine floor and a business centre on the garden level including a foyer, an auditorium, meeting rooms and a co-working space. These decorated spaces, illuminated by the interior patio, were designed and fitted out by interior designer Ana Moussinet.
The facades, which give the building its external architectural identity, were created by Goyer, a subsidiary of the Eiffage group.
The project is ambitious in its environmental and energy aspects, aiming for HQE, BREEAM, LEED and BBC EFFINERGIE RENOVATION and R2S certifications, in line with our environmental approach.
