On Friday, June 15th, during the internal agreement of Eiffage Immobilier, Olivier Genis, president of Eiffage Construction and Philippe Plaza, managing director of Real estate Eiffage, handed prizes to three teams prize-winners of the challenge #immo-inno.
More than 300 collaborators had mobilized to participate in the first competition of innovations organized by Eiffage Immobilier and Eiffage Construction on the theme of the accommodation of tomorrow. #immo-Inno invited each of his participants to become "builders of innovative solutions" from 3 key themes: best live together, the new services and the new technologies.
It is not less than 262 ideas which had been proposed during the phase of ideation from November till December, 2017. After 2 months of ideation, 6 finalist teams were selected by an intermediate jury to transform their ideas into concept thanks to a complete support: dedicated coaches, collaboration with experts … The final jury, having gathered June 6th of the outside personalities chose 3 teams which climbed steps of the podium on Friday, June 15th on the occasion of the agreement Eiffage Immobilier.
Origami, the victorious project of this competition, proposes a range of ultra-compact, furnished, cunning and evolutionary apartments offering so many features as apartments of bigger size. Immo Eco, a project of residence with minimal loads, stood out in second position, followed itself by Fablife, also elected "crush of the public", who aims at accompanying the new owners in the steps bound to their purchase, of the choice of the removal man until the small works of installations.
