The construction site The One, set of offices, housing and shops, ended this week the assembly of its complex 103 meters high on the Road of Etterbeek and 94 meters high on "la Loi à Bruxelles" street.
29 levyings were necessary to finalize this building with a system of coffering " climbing guided " big of 1200 m ².
Started in the end of June, 2016 with a forecast of 16 months (assembly and dismantling included), the construction teams succeeded to stay in the timing, what a beautiful challenge !
In the next days, the construction site will thus proceed to the dismantling of this one to allow the completion of the last 2 levels of trays of the offices offices part.
The end of the main part is planned by November 30th, 2017.
For the reminder, the construction site The One, located in the center of the European district, counts 26 above-ground levels and 3 levels of basement and combines work spaces offices, housing and stores.
The particular technique of the Up and Down was used to start simultaneously the infrastructure and the superstructure.
