Placed on the 21st Châteaudun street (9th Paris), this operation, designed by DTACC Architectures, of a surface of 14 137 m ², will benefit from a double certification HQE and BREEM as well as labels BBC Renovation and Bio DIVERTCITY.
The works realized by Pradeau Morin and Eiffage Energie will end in August, 2018.
