Inauguration of the Le Coeur des Loges tourist residence in Les Ménuires

On 10 December 2016, Luc Vergonjeanne, Regional Director of Eiffage Immobilier Centre-Est, and Jean-Marc Filippini, President of MMV Group, inaugurated the first stage of the four-star club residence “Le Cœur des Loges” in Les Ménuires, Savoy, France, in the presence of André Plaisance, Mayor of Les Belleville, Franck Lombard, First Vice President of the Savoy Department Council and Chairman and CEO of Société d’aménagement de la Savoie, and David Ponson, Director of Compagnie des Alpes.

Le Cœur des Loges is a four-star tourist residence with heated indoor pool and spa, children’s club, restaurant and ski shop. Built in two stages, it will have a total floor area of almost 11,000 square metres and 153 apartments.

The first stage has 111 apartments with two to six rooms. The second stage will have 42 apartments and is currently under construction (delivery in December 2017), on the opposite side of the road. The two will be linked by an overpass that will become an iconic entranceway to what is now being termed “The new Les Menuires”.

This new tourist residence will add around 1000 beds to the Les Ménuires ski resort. Attracting a clientele with high purchasing power, it will also provide a new source of income for the local economy.

The complex was designed by architects Studio Arch using stone and timber to reflect Savoy traditions, while adding a more contemporary touch.

The result of close cooperation between the municipality of Les Belleville, Société d’aménagement de la Savoie, Compagnie des Alpes and all project stakeholders, this “skin-in ski-out” residence blends harmoniously with its environment.
