Inauguration by Seqens of a societal and innovative residential project carried out by Eiffage Construction in Montesson (78)

Eiffage Construction recently inaugurated a hundred new collective housing units and 12 single-family homes, alongside the town of Montesson, Sequens Accession and Sequens.

It was in one of its neighbourhoods, between a commercial zone and a residential area, that the town of Montesson, represented by the Mayor and Yvelines departmental councillor Nicole Bristol, inaugurated the "Les Dirigeables" residence on Thursday 2 February, consisting of 100 collective housing units and 12 single-family houses for sale, in the presence of Brigitte Gotti, President of Seqens Accession, Stéphane Dauphin, Managing Director of Seqens, Patrick Ropert, Managing Director of Seqens Accession, Yann Le Lausque, Deputy Regional Director, Director of Major Accounts of the Banque des Territoires in Ile-de-France, Franck Delvau, Director of the Cnav, Isabelle BUONO, member of the Ile-de-France Regional Action Logement Committee, Hélène BARIL, Managing Director of L'apes, Jean-Pierre Mahé, Director of Social Housing Development, Eiffage Construction and Vincent Poisson, Director of Housing Development, Eiffage Construction

The origin of this project? To create a new living area based on intergenerational diversity in response to societal issues, offering the most modest families complete and sustainable residential solutions.

Designed by Cussac Architects, managed by Seqens, and built as a general contractor by Eiffage Construction, the residence consists of 100 collective dwellings, divided into two buildings of two storeys above ground level, each with an attic on a basement level. It has 104 parking spaces as well as community facilities, directly integrated into the residence in order to enhance the social life of its users.

The housing offer is completed by 12 individual houses with additional parking spaces, bringing the total number of parking spaces to 149.
The residence stands out for its many green spaces accessible to residents and also for its strong commitment to sustainable development, with the aim of obtaining NF Habitat HQE - RT 2012-20% environmental labels and certifications for collective housing and RT 2012-10% for the houses.

With its 33 homes adapted for senior citizens, "Les Dirigeables" is intended to be a meeting point for all generations and thus help combat isolation.
In line with the social ambition of this project, Eiffage Construction has chosen to focus on professional integration. Of the 70 people needed to carry out this operation, ten were recruited on a back-to-work basis, which represents no less than 9,000 hours of work!

Congratulations to all our teams for the completion of this work!
