Eiffage wins the contract for the renovation  of the ‘Cristallis’ project in Paris,  for an amount of €92 million

Eiffage, through its subsidiary Eiffage Construction, has secured the general contracting contract for the comprehensive renovation of the ‘Cristallis’ project in the 9th district of Paris. The contract value exceeds €92 million

The project site comprises three buildings structures, with a total floor area of over 25,000 m2 . The renovation works for this complex include the extension and elevation of one of the buildings, the replacement of the façades, the execution of technical building systems and foundations works involving the implementation of over 300 micro-piles. The contract also includes the restructuring of the forecourt.

The future complex, designed by the architecture firm DTACC in collaboration with the interior design agency BSTLL, will consist of offices, a corporate restaurant, an auditorium, a coworking space, and a well-being space across nine levels above ground, as well as nearly 300 parking spaces distributed across seven levels underground. With ambitious environmental and digital goals, the project aims to achieve nine certifications and labels: BREEAM Excellent rating, HQE excellent level, Accessibility level AA, BBC Effinergie renovation, Biodivercity, Eco-circular approach, OsmoZ, BBCA Renovation, Tertiary Decree Eco-Energie.

The buildings will also meet the energy efficiency objectives required by the Eco-Energy Tertiary system by 2050. To meet the set environmental goals, the operation includes the reuse of secondary construction materials and natural resources, such as the topsoil on-site. The installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof is also planned.

Eiffage Construction teams have commenced the construction work, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2025
