Following an initial phase of project optimisation by an integrated team including the project owner, the design team and Eiffage, BNP Paribas Fortis has awarded two Eiffage Group subsidiaries – Eiffage Benelux and Eiffage Construction – with the €190 million contract to build its new "Montagne du Parc" headquarters in Brussels.
The construction of this new headquarters for BNP Paribas Fortis, with a total area of 100,000 sq. m accommodating 4,500 workstations, will be in line with the latest high environmental and high energetic performances criteria. The aim is to develop a sustainable
building offering optimal interior layout flexibility while meeting all of BNP Paribas Fortis’s ecological, economic, aesthetic and social requirements.
Based on close co-operation between teams from BNP Paribas Fortis and Eiffage, this partnership will raise a building of the highest architectural quality designed by architect offices Baumschlager Eberle, Styfhals & Partners and Jaspers-Eyers Architects on an
emblematic location in Brussels city centre.
Works are due to start in early August 2017, with handover scheduled for June 2021.
