Eiffage Immobilier and the Caisse de Retraite du Personnel Navigant (CRPN) have just signed a sale before completion for an office building, Le Baltard, located in Nogent-sur-Marne (94).
The building is located at the foot of the Nogent-sur-Marne RER station (line A), in the immediate vicinity of the Pavillon Baltard and on the edge of the Bois de Vincennes.
It is part of a complete redevelopment of the district between the station and the pavilion Baltard. Eiffage Immobilier realizes 135 housing units, 600 parking spaces, including 291 for public parking, 1,500 m² of shops and 7,400 m² of office space in three separate buildings.
All these buildings were designed by the architect Jean-Paul Viguier.
The building Le Baltard, object of the sale, will develop a useful surface of 5,500 sqm for offices and a commercial space on the ground floor of 300 sqm. It will benefit from 103 parking spaces.
It will be certified NF HQE Tertiary building Excellent level and BREEAM level "Very Good".
Delivery is scheduled for September 2018.
