Eiffage Immobilier realizes the part 6 of the Urban Developement Zone of Bergères in Puteaux including a 3-star hotel, a 4-star holiday tourism, a restaurant and a car park. The works began in January, 2017 and the delivery of the project is planned during the 2nd quarter 2019.
Within this operation of the UDZ of Bergères, the project includes the construction of:
- a 4-star holiday residence in R+7 of 150 apartments (5 302m²) managed by Réside Etudes,
- a restaurant of 394 m²,
- a 3-star hotel in R+7 of 84 rooms (2 560 m²),
- A car park of 23 parking spaces, a space of car park for motorcycles and a place for bicycles.
Designed by the architecture office Vigneron, lthe complex will benefit from a NF certification tertiary Building and will meet the requirements of the Initiative HQE.
On April 17th, 2018, Eiffage Immobilier sold in VEFA (sale as is future of completion) to Européquipements and Accorinvest the hotel under the brand Ibis Styles in Puteaux.
