The 1st stone ceremony of the residence " Le Victor Hugo " took place on April 26th in presence of Jean-François Mary, president of Redon Agglomération, Pascal Duchêne, mayor of Redon, Philippe Scouarnec, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Neotoa, Pascal Vaché, Eiffage Construction Brietagne manager and Alain Riguidel, Eiffage Immobilier Grand Ouest manager.
The residence " The Victor Hugo " is the result of a partnership between The City of Redon, the Urban area, Neotoa, the social lessor, and Eiffage Immobilier.
Realized by Eiffage Construction Bretagne, this mixed property deal of offices, social housing and businesses, which goes along with the revival of the city center of the municipality of Redon, will include:
- 1 175 m² of stores located downstairs the building,
- 1 405m² of social housing (20 appartements),
- 2 068 m² of fitted out offices.
20 social housing are located in one of the buildings and benefit of their own equipments: car parks, premises bike, individual hot system of heating and production of water … The building meets the requirements of the RT on 2012 (housing BBC).
In the neighboring building are located the offices in which the urban area of Redon chose to settle a part of its premises on two levels.
