The construction of the new offices of the on-line website Booking.com, which is promoted by Eiffage Immobilier and SEM Ville Renouvelée, was officially launched on April 28th in the presence of the Secretary of the Action and the public Accounts and the first deputy mayor, Gérald Darmanin and the president of Region, Xavier Bertrand.
Located near the station of Tourcoing, this new building R+3 of 8 000 m ², which is conceived by the agency of architecture Colfedy, will be the future European center of the customer relationships of Booking.com. It will welcome 420 employees and the company considers a deployment up to 900 jobs on this site.
In addition to the offices, businesses and services will be created at the ground floor of the building to liven up the sector of the station and the hypercenter of Tourcoing.
Eiffage Immobilier et la SEM Ville Renouvelée concluded a Sale in State of Completion of the project with the Foncière de l'Erable (Crédit Agricole group).
The operation, of 16 M€ value, will be delivered in spring, 2019.
