In the presence of our partners, our teams laid the foundation stone for the "Orangerie", a mixed-use development with many challenges for the Bergères eco-district in Puteaux (Paris Region), as it develops the most square metres of floor space. Joëlle Ceccaldi-Reynaud, Mayor & Vice-President of the Paris Ouest La Défense region, Vincent Franchi, 1st Deputy Mayor of Puteaux, Eric Lascrompes, Director of Development at IN'LI, Marc and Nada Breitman, architects, Philippe Kermorgant, Director of Eiffage Construction Equipements and Olivier Bernard, Director of Real Estate at Eiffage Immobilier, were present.
The "Orangerie" building complex is divided into two blocks: one block with 164 homes (12,500 sqm) and 3 shops (1,000 sqm) at the foot of the building; one block with 5,000 sqm of offices and a large food store of 3,200 sqm. It totals nearly 22,000 sqm on a number of floors that vary according to the building, from R+7 to R+14. A participative concierge service completes the operation, and SmartHab connected services, an innovation developed by Eiffage Immobilier.
A true piece of the city, this project is environmentally friendly: it aims for NF Habitat HQE - Excellent level (housing), NF HQE Bâtiment Tertiaire - Excellent level (offices), a thermal performance RT 2012 - 20% and the Effinergie + label.
In terms of architecture, the project has an urban character in keeping with the spirit of traditional Ile de France buildings. It is designed by Marc and Nada Breitman and is due for delivery in autumn 2023.
Congratulations to the teams for this step, and thanks to our partners:
