Eiffage Immobilier delivers 109 wooden homes in the Le Sycomore eco-district in Bussy-Saint-Georges (77)

Eiffage Immobilier has just delivered the Le Clos Guibert residence of 109 wooden homes in the Le Sycomore eco-district in Bussy-Saint-Georges: 26 houses and 83 multi-family units, 52 of which are sold as intermediate rental units to IN'LI.

Designed by the LE GERA architectural firm, under the direction of architect Charles Dolbakian, this residence is based on the principle of mixed programming. The 3 collective buildings do not exceed the R+3 level and are articulated in harmony with the houses, around a central landscaped island.

This project is in line with the Eiffage Group's low-carbon strategy through its strong environmental dimension, with wood playing a prominent role in the construction system (100% wood for the single-family homes and 50% for the collective housing). The design was carried out using BIM.

Savare, an Eiffage Construction company specialising in timber construction, manufactured and installed the timber-frame walls and facades within 21 months. The wood used is certified and the insulation was monitored and traced as part of the NF Habitat label.

In order to guarantee the best energy performance for the project, the new residential complex is connected to the existing biomass urban heating network of the eco-district. It can therefore claim the best labels and certifications: RT 2012 (RT 2012 collective anticipated), Effinergie+ label and NF Habitat HQE certification.

As a signatory of the "1 building, 1 work of art" charter with the French Ministry of Culture and Communication, Eiffage Immobilier incorporates art into its projects. Residents will benefit from a work of art called "La Vague": two benches designed and customised by the artist Hélène Jousse.
