Etienne Passani has been appointed Managing Director of Eiffage Immobilier Ile-de-France, while remaining Deputy Managing Director of Eiffage Immobilier in charge of development, alongside Philippe Plaza, Managing Director of Eiffage Immobilier.
Kamal Mahfoufi has been appointed Ile-de-France Real Estate Director, joining Olivier Bernard and Frédéric Cartier, who are also Ile-de-France Real Estate Directors.
Etienne Passani joined the Eiffage Group in 2010 and in 2012 became Director of Institutional Relations for the Construction division. In 2019, he was appointed Deputy Managing Director of Eiffage Immobilier in charge of development, a position he will continue to hold alongside Philippe Plaza, Managing Director of Eiffage Immobilier.
Etienne Passani holds a degree in civil engineering from Polytech Clermont-Ferrand and has spent a large part of his career in the local civil service in the general management of local authorities.
Kamal Mahfoufi began his career in 1994 when he joined Eiffage Construction as a works supervisor and then held various positions in the regions and at headquarters. Since 2019, he has been Operational Director of Eiffage Immobilier Ile-de-France.
He holds an engineering degree from the ESTP (École spéciale des travaux publics, du bâtiment et de l'industrie) and a degree in business management from the ESCP (Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris).
