Located in the territory of La Défense Seine Arche, a vast urban development project carried out by Epadesa, CityLife is the first office building of Cœur de Quartier. Developed by Eiffage Immobilier and Altarea Cogedim, the project was acquired in Vefa by Générale Continentale Investissements (GCI) in early 2017. Delivery is scheduled for the 2nd quarter of 2019.
The design of the CityLife office building, located near the University of Nanterre, was entrusted to the architectural firm Jean-Paul Viguier & Associés. The building has 7 levels with 3 levels of basements.
The trays, particularly flexible, will be able to adapt to all the new configurations of development nowadays appreciated by the companies, even the nomadic workers. They were designed to accommodate up to 239 people per level, allowing CityLife to display the very high ratio of 12 m² / workstation (SU).
CityLife aims for double HQE and BREEAM certification with a passport and an Excellent level and obtaining the BBC-Effinergie label.
