Eiffage Immobilier has announced the VEFA acquisition by I3F of a residence of 59 social housing units in the ZAC Grand Canal in Clamart (92), Eiffage Aménagement's ambitious urban redevelopment project.
The complex will be designed by architect Marc Farcy in an Art Deco style inspired by American architecture of the 1930s.
As part of the creation of this new district, the building will offer an immediate and unobstructed view of the canal, access to numerous shops, educational facilities (crèche, school) as well as public transport located nearby. I3F tenants will be able to benefit from a security service with a dedicated lodge.
Equipped with a biomass boiler room and a district heating network, the building aims to achieve RT 2012, E+C- and NH Habitat HQE certification.
Work will start on 1 February 2023. Delivery is scheduled for 30 June 2025.
