Eiffage Immobilier and Emerige plant the first tree of a real estate program in the heart of the Pleyel Hub in Saint-Denis (93)

The first tree of residence 14 Ornano in Saint-Denis (93) was symbolically laid on July 23 in the presence of Laurent Russier, Mayor of Saint-Denis, François Bertrand, Director General of Emerige Résidentiel, Frédéric Cartier, Director of Eiffage Immobilier Ile-de-France, Benoist Apparu, Chairman of the Board of Directors of IN'LI and architects Brigitte Philippon and Jean Kalt. In co-promotion with Emerige, Eiffage Immobilier is implanting this new unit in the heart of the Pleyel Hub, a sector in full transformation with the advent of the Greater Paris project.

A new neighbourhood is emerging around the future major hub of the Grand Paris "Carrefour Pleyel", offering all the advantages of a quality daily life: crèches, schools and various shops. The Olympic Village of the OJ 2024 and the 4 new metro lines of the Greater Paris will strengthen the economic attractiveness of this district in full renewal.
It is in this modern setting, just 2 km from Paris, that Eiffage Immobilier and Emerige carry out the new real estate program "14 Ornano" consisting of:

  • 124 dwellings including 71 intermediate rental units sold to IN'LI on 7970 m²,
1230 m² of shops on the ground floor.

magined by the architectural firm Philippon Kalt, the residence presents a varied line of sky: from a height of R+6 to R+9 on the bd Ornano and R+7 and R+13 on the bd Anatole France, the heart of the plot accommodates two sets presenting a typology of town houses in R+2 with facades covered with wood.

The teams of Eiffage Construction Résidentiel began the construction of this project in March 2018 for a provisional delivery in the summer of 2020.

As part of the "1 building, 1 work" charter signed by Eiffage Immobilier and Emerige since 2015, a monumental work by artist Robert Schad will be installed in the garden. This work is a reminder of the nave and arrow of the Basilica of Saint-Denis.

As a reminder, the charter "1 building, 1 work" was initiated by the Ministry of Culture and Communication so that the major real estate players undertake to order or acquire a work of art from an artist for any building program to be built or renovated.
This charter marks the will of Eiffage Immobilier to give as many people the opportunity to live or work in contact with a work of art. Works of art promote exchanges between people, regardless of age, education or social background, and contribute to improving the quality of life of building occupants and visitors.
