Eiffage Construction got the works contract of 47 millions euros for the extension and the restructure of the Hospital center Annecy Genevois of Epagny Metz-Tessy.
For this operation led in design - realization together with the firm of architects Chabanne + Partners and Egis Ingénierie, Eiffage Construction plans the restructuring in busy site of the Imaging pole and the cardiology pole as well as the construction of 3 new buildings of a surface of 30 000 m ².
The first building will be dedicated to the ambulatory surgery and to the interventional trays. The second will welcome emergencies. The third building will be dedicated to the cancer research, co-run by the group Vivalto health.
This extension will allow to improve the coverage of 80 000 patients handled every year and to answer the functional, architectural and economic stakes to bring more comfort to the patients and to the nursing as well as favor the route of care, in particular in ambulatory.
The works should start at the beginning of 2019 and end during the first half of the year 2021.
