Airbus entrusts to Eiffage Construction Atlantique the enlargement of Comet 4, the hall of sections assembly of A350, the works will begin on July 9th, 2018.
These works are going to allow the site of Saint-Nazaire (Loire-Atlantique) to increase the capacity of both production lines of planes A350 intended for the long-haul aircrafts of last generation.
The works will be realized in skeleton metal, dressed in bardages and in glazed horizontal headbands resting on a paving stone carried by pickets. The control of work is entrusted to Brunerie and Irissou Architectes.
8 200 m² of ground and 9 300 m² of VRD ((Public road network and Diverse Network) will be created on the site during 17 months of construction site.
The teams works will have to take into account date ranging-pole essential, worth knowing a provision of the extension for the industrial process the April 1st 2019.
