Eiffage Construction delivers

The Wellcome building, after 2 years of work, has just been delivered on time by Eiffage Construction, to the great satisfaction of the client, the Batipart development fund. The building has 7 levels of superstructure resting on an infrastructure of 3 basement levels (126 parking spaces) for a surface area of 14,200 m2. With its two patios and Z-shape, this building, which is mainly rented to a first-rate tenant, will offer future users a comfortable and very bright working environment. The building is certified HQE Bâtiment Durable (High Environmental Quality) and BREEAM NC 2016 Very Good.

WELLCOME is located in the College district of Malakoff, in an area close to the "Châtillon Montrouge" metro stop, the future station of the Grand Paris Express. The objective: to develop a rational and optimised project in terms of offices, proposing an ambitious and durable architecture, while being part of a concrete environmental approach. The land on which these offices were built was part of a redevelopment of the station's surrounding accesses.

The project in figures is :

  •  Over 14,210 m2 of office space
  • 1559 m2 of service areas
  • 1360 m2 of landscaped gardens

In terms of architecture, the materials and colours proposed reflect the atmosphere of the neighbourhood and contemporary projects underway in Malakoff and neighbouring towns. Durable materials have been used, such as glass, steel and lacquered aluminium.

The façades include solar protection made of steel and lacquered aluminium gratings, which create a play of light and shade on the façades and also limit the amount of light entering the building.

The building is part of the Eiffage Group's ambitious eco-responsible approach, having obtained four labels: HQE Bâtiment Durable "very high performance" level, BREEAM NC 2016 Very Good level, OSMOZ label, WIREDSCORE Silver level label and RT 2012 -30%.

Congratulations to our Ile-de-France teams for this great achievement!
