Our Eiffage Construction Tertiaire teams have just delivered the completely restructured "FRESK" building to ICADE. Its very large communicating glass facade suspended facing the southern ring road (60 linear metres!), its glass roof housing a conical tower and its atrium make its architecture unique and remarkable!
After 31 months of work, the restructuring of this R+7 operation with 4 basement levels will soon be able to accommodate 1,700 people on a surface area of more than 21,000 sqm.
Located at the crossroads of Issy-les-Moulineaux and the 15th arrondissement of Paris, in the heart of the Issy-Boulogne business district, the building benefits from a dynamic and accessible location.
Its striking exterior architecture, which reveals the building's interior uses and activity, is complemented by an interior architecture adapted to the evolution of working methods and the well-being of employees. FRESK will offer modular and reversible spaces based on services - a company restaurant, an alternative restaurant and its terrace, a business centre, workstations, interior terraces, parking, bicycle storage, and a rooftop with an unobstructed view of Paris! A unique place to live and work, designed by SCAU Architecture.
In terms of environmental and energy performance, the project is aiming for HQE renovation certification at the "Very Good" level, BREEAM certification at the "Very Good" level, and the WiredScore label.
