The BNP "Montagen du Parc" project won the BIM Award 2018 Gold in the category tertiary, industrial, commercial and residential Projects. The BIM Awards which are organized by the Belgian weeklies "La Chronique" and "Bouwkroniek", distinguishes the best BIM projects in the Benelux. Congratulations to the teams of Valens and Duchêne, subsidiaries of Eiffage Benelux, for this beautiful award!

The new headquater of the BNP Paribas Fortis in Brussels, planned for 2021, will be a building of more than 100 000 m ² including 55 000 m² of offices, an auditorium, an underground parking, businesses, spaces of restoration and patio open to the public.
The operation was rewarded for its conception realized in BIM (Building Information Modeling).

Conceived by the office of architecture Baumschlager Eber, the set is characterized by its look in delicacy and elegance made of several  135 cm columns in white architectonic concrete and with the emerald green aggregate of Norway. The realization of its facade is a real work of silversmith which began more than a year ago.

In addition, the building meets the requirements of the Breeam Excellent and Passive Building labels.
