Monday, February 10, 2020, Marie-Reine Delbos, Deputy Urban Planning representing the Mayor of Nîmes, and Nicolas Gravit, Managing Director of Eiffage Aménagement representative of the winning group (Eiffage Aménagement/Eiffage Immobilier Occitanie), signed the concession treaty of the ZAC du Mas Lombard in Nîmes.
Eiffage Aménagement won the development concession of the ZAC du Mas Lombard in Nîmes at the end of last December, to realize an eco-district of 90000m².
A trustee of the winning group of which Eiffage Immobilier Occitanie is a member, Eiffage Aménagement will carry out this project with the idea of a «inhabited park».
The project involves the creation of 1,200 housing units, 600 m2 of shops, 11,400 m² of offices and a 14 ha urban park.
