Eiffage Immobilier launches the work of three residences managed within the ecodistrict of the Cité internationale de la gastronomie et du vin in Dijon: a residence services for seniors, a tourist residence and a student residence; whose marketing, in bulk and in diffus, is already almost complete.
At the heart of the Cité internationale de la gastronomie et du vin de Dijon, the future tourist destination of the Côté d'Or region, the three residences total nearly 350 apartments: 96 residences for seniors services, 104 apartments for the tourist residence and 144 apartments for the student residence.
These residences were a great commercial success:
- The senior services residence, carried out jointly with the Groupe Réside Etudes, was sold on July 24 in the Future State of Completion (VEFA) to Swiss Life Asset Managers France on behalf of one of its funds under management. The residence will be operated by Réside Etudes Seniors under the brand name La Girandière.
- The student residence was sold on 10 October in a future state of completion (VEFA) by Eiffage Immobilier to Swiss Life Asset Managers France on behalf of OPPCI Immobilier Impact Investing. Certified NF HABITAT Etudiants, this residence managed by Réside Etudes will offer various services to its tenants such as access to a gym, a breakfast room or a laundry.
- The tourist residence has been marketed on air since June. The marketing has been very successful, with 70% of the apartments already booked to date. Marketed and operated by Réside Etudes under the brand Résid'home Cité des Vignes, this 3-star tourist residence is ideally located: close to the shops and exhibitions of the Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie et du Vin, as well as the Dijon city centre.
This enthusiasm confirms Eiffage Immobilier’s added value in designing serviced residences offering a privileged living environment.
The work, which has been entrusted to Eiffage Construction, has just begun. Delivery of the residences is scheduled for 2021.
