Begun in the autumn of 2019, work on this tertiary project located in Wasquehal in the north of France was completed last December. The operation, carried out by Eiffage Construction, delivered to Bouygues Immobilier and intended for INEA, was carried out in synergy with Clévia, Eiffage Energie Systèmes' HVAC and energy engineering brand.
Designed by the Lapchain architecture and Refl-exe firm, these 3000m2 offices have a design and modern architecture. On the ground floor, facing brick cladding was used, while on the 1st and 2nd floors, metal cladding was preferred. On the outside, aluminium and stainless steel give the building its character.
On the environmental and energy side, the operation meets the requirements of BREEAM certification at the Very Good level and benefits from external insulation.
Clévia's teams also worked on the plumbing and HVAC works packages, making this a project that was carried out in synergy with the Eiffage Group's various business lines!
Congratulations to the teams involved, and thank you to our partners for this wonderful delivery!
