Built by Eiffage Construction, the 15,000m² of offices

On Thursday 1 October 2020, the 3 volumes of offices constituting the Atrium in Antony were inaugurated. Located in the middle of a dense urban environment, and borderline property, this operation, led by Eiffage Immobilier and Life Group, was carried out by Eiffage Construction Grands Projets, for a market amount of nearly 50 million euros. Bringing together several know-how of the Eiffage group including Goyer for the realization of the facades, the work took place over 28 months, from June 2017.

Designed by the architectural agency Cédric Vigneron and partners, the complex is available on a surface of 15,000 m2 of offices in R+7 superstructure, a parking of 430 spaces on 4 levels in infrastructure, and nearly 900m² dedicated to shops on the ground floor.

This project highlights the strength of our unique builder-developer model, illustrated here thanks to an exemplary end-of-construction management between our two businesses of Eiffage Construction and Eiffage Immobilier, despite the disturbed situation due to COVID19.

The operation is part of the Eiffage Group’s ambitious environmental approach deployed in our businesses by being certified Breeam (Good) international New Construction 2016.

The next occupants of the premises are distributed between the new headquarters of Vérisure on nearly 8,000m², the new headquarters of the establishment of Ile-de-France – Grand Paris of the Mutual Insurance Groupama Val de Loire on more than 4,000 m², the Departmental Council of Hauts de Seine on more than 3,000m² (premises intended to accommodate a departmental social pole that can accommodate 104 social workers and 100 visitors whose opening to the public is scheduled in April 2023). All the shops are allocated to Foncière Patrimonia.

Inaugurated in the presence of Georges Siffredi (President of the Departmental Council 92), Jean-Yves Sénant (Mayor of Antony) and Olivier Bernard (Property Director Île-de-France at Eiffage Immobilier) The Atrium complements the offer of offices and reinforces the attractiveness and dynamism of the Croix-Berny crossroads in Antony, a major tertiary hub in the Hauts de Seine department served by strategic roads and numerous public transport.
