Batigère chooses Eiffage Construction to rehabilitate 446 housing in Essey- les-Nancy (54)

Eiffage Construction Lorraine teams won the contract for the rehabilitation of 14 buildings in the district Mouzimpré in the city Essey- Nancy for the social lessor Batigère.

During 36 months, Eiffage Construction Lorraine will work, with the architects Benjamin TOCK and Rabolini Schlegel and Partners and the engineering consulting firms S2E and ADAM, at rehabilitating 446 housing distributed in 14 buildings from 4 to 15 floors, including:

  • The renovation of the envelope with the implementation of heat insulation around, the replacement of the outside joineries and the repair of the waterproofness in roof.
  • The arrangement of the common spaces with in particular the refurbishment of entrance halls and common traffic.
  • The important restoration of housing with in particular the wet rooms including dressing stone floor and replacement of sanitary facilities, renewal of the electric equipment, the implementation of thermostatic faucets associated to works of boiler room and the replacement of the vertical columns of sewage disposal and of VMC.OK

 This operation of rehabilitation, the most important of Lorraine of the last 5 years, will allow to reach an energy level label B and the NF certification Housing environment, so the housing will be very close to current standards of new operations.
 
The starting up of the works is planned in January, 2019 for a delivery in December, 2021.
