A virtual showroom that «teleports»: an innovation unveiled by Eiffage Immobilier to the general public

aunched exclusively on April 5 at the Maison des projets of the eco-district LaVallée in Châtenay-Malabry (92), the new virtual showroom created by Eiffage Immobilier takes the immersion experience very far. Now, by operating in a space equipped with the latest generation of helmets, the buyer can "teleport" himself into virtually all the spaces of his future dwelling and modify the equipment at will. Immersion even allows him to evolve in the future neighbourhood environment.

Eiffage Immobilier worked  with Eiffage’s DSI to design an innovative showroom with HTC Vive Pro wireless solution with 4 location detectors to cover the room. This technology allows the user to move freely in real time in all the spaces of his choice within his future apartment by 'teleporting' himself virtually. A control screen allows the seller to accompany his customer on his virtual tour.

Located in the eco-district LaVallée in Chatenay-Malabry, the first virtual showroom of this kind offers 3 types of apartments sold on plan (T2, T4 and T5, furnished or not furnished). These have been modelled by integrating 350 references for the different types of flooring (floors and walls) and various equipment for the bathroom, the kitchen or even the bedrooms, up to the handfuls doors or facades of cupboards, that the user can modify at his own discretion to create the decoration of his choice.

The modelling work took the immersion experiment even further by integrating the terraces, balconies or loggias from apartments to specific outdoor environments of real estate programs with their special points of interest (shops, green spaces, etc.). In the near future, it will even be possible for the buyer to share the experience as a duo.

Eiffage Immobilier’s objective is to develop this showroom in all its major marketing spaces in order to make it a decisive selling asset that significantly distinguishes it on the market. The next program to benefit from this will be Grand Canal in Clamart (92) in a few months.
