Combining skills
In 2015, Eiffage consolidated all of its head offices to strengthen the complementary nature of its core business lines: construction, property, urban development, roads, civil engineering, metal, façades, energy and systems, concessions and PPPs.
The town of Vélizy-Villacoublay, France's second-largest business district after La Défense, was chosen for this corporate project. This is the historic birthplace of Fougerolle, the parent company of the Eiffage Group along with SAE.
With this new showcase for its expertise, Eiffage has strengthened its ability to offer integrated solutions for varied and complex projects.
Bringing together the Group's business activities on a single site at Vélizy, in the Paris region, is a source of comfort and a guarantee of efficiency.
Going forward, we will combine our skills rather than juxtaposing them.

36,000 m² of transparency and efficiency
The first part of the Campus, designed by Wilmotte & Associés Architectes in line with the principles of transparency and efficiency, comprises three buildings of 24,000 m² over six storeys.
It is linked by a footbridge to the fourth, pre-existing building, designed by Jean-Paul Viguier Architecture. This original 11,000 m² construction was delivered in 2011.
In all, 1,600 Eiffage employees will cultivate their complementary expertise on the site.
Innovative design
In 2014, the Pierre-Berger Campus was the first project to be awarded the BIM d'Or in the category for projects with a surface area of between 1,000 m² and 40,000 m².
BIM was a determining factor in the design of structures using materials with different behaviours, in the synthesis of technical trades in compliance with environmental objectives (Effinergie label, NF Bâtiments tertiaires - HQE approach - Exceptional level certification, as well as BREEAM level Excellent certification) and in understanding the constraints imposed by the presence of the nearby military airport on building sizes.
A campus makes it possible for different professions and different entities to coexist, while giving them an identity. It's the village principle. A company is, in fact, a collection of individuals moving in the same direction!
The new buildings will feature a transparent architecture, effective without being ostentatious, and will be a source of pride for the people who come to work there.
